Margaret Patrick Talak
AGE: 95 • Edison
Margaret Patrick Talak, 95, of Edison entered into eternal rest Saturday, July 25, 2015. She was born in Fords and was a lifelong resident of Edison. Margaret worked in food service at Ford Motor Plant in Edison for 34 years before retiring in 1982.
She was a graduate of Perth Amboy High School and a communicant of Our Lady of Peace R C Church in Edison. Marge was a member of the Clara Barton Senior Club where she enjoyed her group of friends and their senior trips. She loved going out to dinner, sharing stories and playing bingo with her best friend, Dorothy. She cherished her neighbors as family and was blessed by their company and love.
Marge was predeceased by her husband Joseph, in 1967 and her five siblings. She is survived by her niece Laurie Glasscock and her husband Gary, of Boulder, CO who will miss her quick wit and love. While she never had children, her adopted grandsons, Christopher and Jeffrey, were the absolute joys of her life. Her final days were filled with visiting family and friends and quiet loving moments.
Visitation will be on Saturday August 1st, from 8:30 to 9:30 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords followed by a 10 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace Church.
