Groton - Julie Shroyer, 48, of Groton, formerly of Elmira, N.Y., passed away on Monday, July 27, 2015.
She is survived by her daughter, Caitlin Shroyer; mother, Kathryn Shroyer; sisters, Tina (Tim) Castle, Karen (George) Shepard, Lecia (Chuck) Mold and Robin Buckland; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Aug. 1, 2015, at Byles-Groton Memorial Home, 310 Thames St., Groton.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Even though it's been years since we've seen each other I still remember the summers when we would come to your house to play. Of course, Julie was was very young at the time. May God Bless you and keep you close in this time of your sorrow.
