Matthew S. Loomis RACINE – Matthew Steven Loomis, age 41, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2015. Matt was born on June 28, 1974. He graduated from Washington Park High School “Class of 1992” and went on to study at the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point.
