FINDLAY — Gianna Marie Leddy was delivered into the arms of her heavenly father at 1:54 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2015, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.
She is the daughter of Matthew and Stephanie (Springer) Leddy, of Findlay. Other survivors are grandparents Steve and Lynne Springer, of Sidney, Ohio, and Tom and Sue Leddy, of Findlay. Her great-grandparents are Ron and Pat Francis, of Sidney, Ohio, and Nancy Bowman, of Findlay. Gianna has two aunts, Megan Leddy, of Chicago, Illinois, and Jennifer Musselman, of Burlingame, California. Gianna also has three uncles, Jordan Springer of Key West, Florida, Andrew Leddy, of Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida, and Michael Leddy, of Findlay.
Great-grandparents preceding her in death are Bill and Annie Springer, John Bowman, and Tom and Gloria Leddy.
A funeral Mass was held at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Downtown and burial took place at the church cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by Coldren-Crates Funeral Home in Findlay.
Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to Elizabeth's New Life Center Administrative Offices, 359 Forest Ave., Suite 203, Dayton, OH 45405-4559.
