Rosemary Stone Ashbrook, former of Sunbury and Johnstown, Ohio, passed away July 14, 2015 in Lancaster, Ohio.
She was born on Aug. 11, 1927 in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter to the late Sylvester and Antionette (DeFranisco) Stonee.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Rick Ashbrook.
Rosemary is survived by her daughter, Rita (Rick Hill) Holmes of Key West, Florida; sister, Jeanette Perfect of Sunbury, Ohio; brother, Larry (Julie Huber) Stone of Lebanon, Ohio; nieces, Beverly and Carla Perfect, Kelly Dreyer; nephew, Rob Stone; and devoted companion Russell Bryan.
Graveside services will be held Friday, Aug. 14, 2015, at 3 p.m. at Green Hill Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Calvin Alexander.
Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to: The Humane Society of Delaware, 4920 State Route 37, Delaware OH 43015.

Rita, I am so sorry. Rosie was the best. I have so many wonderful memories of all the times that we spent together at your house with your mom. She was always such a nice mom even though she did try really hard to stay on top of us and the things we would get into.
