DeGRENIER, Ethelyn A. (Zion) 94, of Wareham, died August 20, 2015 at home, while surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of the late John E. DeGrenier, Sr., who died in 1971. Survivors include her daughter, Roseann DeGrenier of Wareham; 2 granddaughters, Rachel A. DeGrenier and Joanne M. DeGrenier, both of Wareham; a great grandson, Nicholas J. Stafford of Wareham; a sister, Ruby Zine of Wareham. Her son, John E. DeGrenier, Jr. died in 2001 and her great grandson, Joseph X. Vasconcelos died in 2009. She was the sister of the late Alice Lake, Delia Joseph, Minnie Zeady, Arthur Zion, Rose Butler, Mabel Lutoff, Joseph Zion, Marie Gabriel, John Zion and Madelyn Stephens. Her funeral will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 24, 2015 from the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy., WAREHAM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church, 82 High St., Wareham. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Visiting hours are from 3 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Donations, in her memory, may be made to the Joseph X.
