Ann Ruth Light of Norristown Ann Ruth Light passed away peacefully on August 31, 2015 at age 69. Born in Atlantic City on October 31, 1945, Ann was the daughter of the late Sara (Schleimer) and Jules Feinberg. She resided in Norristown with her beloved husband of 22 years, Robert J. Light, Jr. Ann was the loving mother of William Fishman (Ismary Bonilla), the late Samantha Fishman Hendricks (Kenneth), Douglas Light (Rebecca), Robert J. Light, III (Catina), Leslie Overton, Fran Gold and their families. She was the cherished grandmother of Sara Lee, Caitlin, Rachael, Gabriele and Damian Hendricks, Braxton and Peyton Light and great grandmother of three. She is survived by her brother Jack Feinberg (Judy). A word to sum up Ann’s life would be “servant”. She cared for literally everyone and always put herself last. Ann had many friends and volunteered and helped many people, most of all her family. She had a talent for crafts and could do anything with knitting needles. Ann was an excellent baker and her family loved her pot roasts and London broils. She enjoyed plants and flowers, and she had an ear for languages. She was very intelligent and had an Associate’s Degree as a Lab Technician and was close to receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Ann’s Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Ann was truly an amazing person. She had such a beautiful heart. I have know her for 11 years. It started with her getting her haircut and being my customer to her becoming like another mother to me. I will miss our once a month hair appointments and conversations at her house, the laughs we shared and her smiling face that always made my day . She has helped me so much through the years with her loving words of wisdom and advice. She has touched my heart deeply. I am so happy that I met her all those years ago. I know that today she is now another guardian angel watching over me. I am sending lots of love and prayers to Rob and their family at this very difficult time. I will miss you Anne but you are at peace now. Rest in Peace Ann sweet angel.. Love xoxo
