FAIRBORN - Ronald E. Lewis, age 79, of Fairborn, died on Monday, August 31, 2015 at Soin Medical Center. He was born the son of Arnold & Gladys Lewis on August 25, 1936. He is preceded in death by his parents. Ron is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 5 years Thelma Lewis, daughters Rhonda (Rick) Olt, Cheryl (Ken) Aufdenkampe, step-daughters Brenda Hicks, Bonna Abling, and Linda Weaver, a son Rob Lewis, 1 sister, 2 brothers, and several grand and great grandchildren. Ron retired from Kimberly Clark after many years of faithful service. He served his county honorably with the Army National Guard. He was a member of the NRA. He enjoyed fishing and traveling. Ron was a long time member of the Enterprise Baptist Church. Ron will be missed by all who love him. Friends may call in Burcham Jennings Funeral Home 119 E. Main St. Fairborn, Ohio 45324 on Friday, September 4, 2015 11AM to Noon where funeral services will be held at Noon with Pastor Bobby Jenkins, officiating. Because I lived in Texas I had not seen Ronald for many a year even though we
grew up together. I pray for Ronald's family that the Lord will comfort them in
this time of need. Ronald, I wish so much I would have kept in touch however, here is praying I will see you on the other side. I love you - Ron Oakley
