AGE: 55 years • Edison
Edward C. Dam, of Edison died Wednesday, September 16th at the JFK Medical Center in Edison. He was 55. Born in Plainfield, he has lived in Edison since 1997. He worked as a Forklift Operator for the Edison Distribution Company in Edison for the past 16 years. Eddie was a parishioner of Guardian Angels Church in Edison. He was also a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Union, Local #560.
He is predeceased by his father, Edward Dam. Surviving are his wife of 18 years, Arlene (nee Hines); mother, Irene Dam of Toms River; stepson, Robert C. West, Jr. of Plainsboro; stepdaughter, Jennifer Henderson and her husband, Edward of Rahway; and sisters, Linda Dam of Jackson and Debi Edwards of Houston, Texas.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 19th at 9 AM at the GOSSELIN FUNERAL HOME, 660 New Dover Road, Edison, followed by a 10 AM Mass at Guardian Angels Church, Edison. Burial to follow in St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th from 3-7 PM at the funeral home.
