Sylvia Hosch Schiro, a native of New Orleans, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2015. She was 88 years old. She is survived by her daughters Aline B. George and Christine B. Rauber, and her son-in-law Frank J. Rauber III. Also, her grandchildren Charles T. George III, Heather R. Del Rio, Haley A. Rauber and Hannah R. Rauber. Great grandchildren Charles T. George IV, Hayden T. George, and Carol Ann George. She was preceded in death by her mother, the late Rosina Porter Hosch and father, the late Frederick Hosch. She was also preceded by her late husband Francis X. Beaugez and her second husband Joseph A. Schiro. Services will be at St. Philip's Episcopal Church on Saturday September 19, 2015. Gathering at 10:00am, followed by a service at 11:00am. 3643 Aurora Dr. New Orleans, LA 70131. Arrangement by Bagnell & Son Funeral Home of Covington, LA. The picture perfectly captures Aunt Sylvia's attitude about life. She will be missed but she had a wonderful, full life with lots of love. Who could ask for more?
