Margarita S. Olivas, 87, passed away on November 10, 2015. Mama's strength, independence and dedication to family, continue to live in her children. We would like to extend our gratitude to David Estrada; whose love, support and humor, carried us through this difficult time. Junior & Mary Bea Olivas, Ruben Delgado, Nick and Chris Sierra; whose love and companionship will not be forgotten. Gratitude and thanks to Liz Garcia, Hospice of El Paso, Maria Ruelas, Nurses Unlimited. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Alzheimer's Research. Mrs. Olivas is survived by her loving husband, Merced Olivas; daughters, Lolie Olivas and Irma Estrada; sons, Merced Olivas Jr., Daniel Olivas, Hector Olivas and Robert Olivas; grandchildren: Bianca Olivas, Gabriel Olivas, Daniel Olivas, Gregory Olivas, Nick Olivas, Vanessa Estrada & Victoria Estrada-Reynolds; 10 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers: Daniel Olivas, Hector Olivas, Gabriel Olivas, Alex Sierra, Nick Sierra & David Estrada. Honorary Pallbearers: Alan Sierra and Louie Hernandez. Visitation: 2-5:00PM, Monday, November 16, 2015 at San Jose Fabens Chapel. Vigil Service: 7:00PM, Monday, November 16, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Fabens. Funeral Mass: 10:30AM, Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church followed by a 1:00PM Committal Service at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services directed by San Jose Funeral Home-Fabens (915) 764-2254.
