Beautiful Salli, your smile lit up a room and your heart had room to hold everyone. You blessed my life. I am so fortunate that you were in my life all these years. Growing up, Salli and I would sit/play under the tree in her yard, or on the pedestrian railroad bridge (off Clifton Rd.), sit in my back yard to hide(behind the bushes)on Overlook, walk to Clifton Park (skipped stones in the lake)and attended Sunday School at the Methodist Church. We were the independent thinkers of the families and did what we thought was right. Had a good time. Ran into her several times while I was at O.U. and after graduating. Always lots of fun and extreme/wonderful ENERGY! Always seem to live life the way she wanted to. Most of all, always talked about her daughter, Allison. Her biggest accomplishment. From when she was 8 yrs. old, attending college to become a special ed. teacher, to obtaining her job. Salli was soooo... proud of her. My mom was sad to hear of her passing. Salli will always be in our hearts.
