I am so sorry to have found out about Rocco's passing recently.
My travels between NJ and Florida have kept me out of "the loop" so to speak.
Shihan Nicolini was an outstanding Martial Artist and great human being.
His never ending words of inspiration and motivation throughout the many years I trained and competed were greatly appreciated.
As I include my humble entry into the guest book, I do so with tears in my eyes and a heavy heart.
RIP Rocco.
My belated condolences also go out to his family and many friends.

Dear Lois and Family, My deepest sympathies, prayers and thoughts are for all of you during these hard times of loss. Rocco was the best trainer and all around good guy that I had the pleasure of working out with. We had just gone to a funeral together and he was feeling pretty good. I enjoyed all the great times we had spent together and very sad about his passing. Again, my condolences for your loss, and mine of a good friend...
