Serritella, William J. "Bill" Aka "Wild Will", "Dampa" and "Big Papa", 69, Chicago. Entered into eternal life suddenly on December 25, 2015. Beloved son of the late Italia "Dolly" and Bill Serritella; loving brother to Robert (Debbie) Serritella; dear father to William J. (Kalina) Serritella, Jr and Tina (Paul) Manning; devoted uncle to Alyse and Carlie Serritella; adored grandfather of Jake, Keegan, Rylie, Michael and Sofia; former husband of Joyce Carbone. A lifelong Chicagoan, proud owner of Carl's Barber Shop, former sign painter for the City of Chicago, Bill was exceptionally devoted to his family, the game of golf and the White Sox. In lieu of flowers and gifts, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org or Make a Wish Foundation at www.wish.org/donate would be appreciated. Visitation Tuesday, December 29th, 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Adolf Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 7000 S. Madison, Willowbrook. Funeral Wednesday, December 30th 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home to Our Lady of Peace Church - Darien for 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass. Interment will be private. (630) 325-2300.
