Rebecca Wells LaHaine, 91, died on January 13, 2016. Becky was born on April 4, 1924 in Muhlenberg County, KY, down by the Green River where Paradise lay. She was the fifth and youngest child of Susie and Perkins Cornelius Wells. Becky attended George Washington University and met her husband, Erwin Charles LaHaine in Washington, DC. They moved to PA in the 1950's. She loved to read, garden and visit with friends and family. Becky is survived, and missed, by her daughter, Denise Glenn, her son-in-law, Jim Glenn and her grandson, Cody Glenn (Ahn LY). Memorial services will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 in the Michael J. Shalonis Funeral Home, Marysville, with Pastor James O. Parker officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Marysville-Rye Library, 198 Overcrest Street, Marysville, PA 17053.
