Billie Ann Hollier
1938-2016
Billie Ann Hollier was born on August 26, 1938 in Wharton, Texas to Oscar Emery and Pearl Rozell. On May 27, 1960, she married Norman Joseph "Joe" Hollier in Bellaire, Texas. Billie has been a resident of Simonton and Fulshear for 47 years. She loved art and enjoyed painting, as well as shopping at consignment stores.
Billie passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016, at her home in Weston Lakes, at the age of 77 years.
She is survived by her son, Trey Hollier and his wife Eden; daughter, Kellye Joyce Hollier-Prewitt and her husband Kevin Prewitt; grandchildren, Mike Ryan Gertson, Andi Hollier, and Jordan Hollier; step grandchildren, Kristina Prewitt and Jacob Prewitt; step great grandson, Alexander Prewitt; nieces, Linda Bak and Carol Ann Scroggins; as well as other loving friends and family members from the Hollier and Rozell families. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Hollier, on May 28, 2011.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of usual remembrances, the family requests that those wishing to make memorial gifts do so to the Texas Children's Hospital, 6621 Fannin Street, Houston, TX 77030.
