BELMONT - Bonnie Ineva Freeman Tench, 88, passed away April 27, 2016.
She was the daughter of the late Coleman and Dovie Freeman, wife of the late Howard June Tench.
Bonnie retired from Vision Hosiery. She was a long time and active member of Stowe Memorial Baptist Church and had a real passion for the Lord. She loved music, flowers and fishing.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Jack and Laura Tench, Judy and James Flowers all of Belmont; sisters, Shirley Cagle and Joyce Whitesides; grandchildren, Sarah Lynn Tench and Elizabeth Kathryn Tench; great granddaughter, Khloe June Tench. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Hobart and Archie Freeman.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 12:50 p.m. Friday at McLean Funeral Directors, Belmont.
The funeral service will follow in the Bumgardner Chapel at 1 p.m. with Pastors Micah Kearney and Tim Parker officiating.
A committal service will be held 3 p.m. Friday at Forest Lawn West, Charlotte.

Jackie, Judy, & Sarah so sorry to hear about cousin Bonnie. I always remember her laughing and joking with daddy all the time. She was such a sweet lady and she will be missed.
