Amy, Karen, and of course Jim, my heart is heavy, just learning about Jane's passing. She was such a delight, I can still hear her infectious laugh. We shared so much watching our girls grow, attending the same concerts and games, working together for many years. She was a joy and delight to know. You have our deepest sympathy

To Jim and yours and Janie's extended family.
I, perhaps more than many, can testify to the total Janie as a wonderful person. We grew up together as "kids" on Liberty St. We began school by WALKING up Green St to and from our school on Center St. Every day was an adventure but looking back, was a safe journey unlike today when we always felt safe. Our Mother's were always finding ways to expose their kids to the culture of the times. We were signed up for years of ballroom dancing lessons with Mr Pinkerton. Looking back, we were pretty good. We were always anxious for winter so we could slide on Westmoreland St and ice skate at the community pond. We even did fashion shows at the Riding Club. Janie, you helped to form who I am today! We actually stayed together in school until we graduated in "63". Thank you for dragging me along. I am a better person for having you in my life.
Jim, my condolences for your loss. I know that you know how much you will miss Janie. Hold onto the memories - they will help you get thru the tough days. We should play a round of golf someday and tell Janie stories. God bless you and your family.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. I got to know your mom over the course of taking care of your dad. I just saw her like 2 weeks ago. She was one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I loved her like she was my own family. I will continue to pray for your family and take good care of Jim.

Dear Amy and family,
We're so very sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. I will miss her smiling face and little wave as she drove past on her way to visit with you...and the joy with which she handed out candy to all the kids while sitting on your front step every Halloween. She was so fortunate to have you so close. I pray that the pain you feel now will, in time, be replaced by the happy memories of times spent with her. Take time to grieve...you will be in our prayers.

Sending my deepest sympathy to your family. Mrs. Reck was my 4th grade teacher at Charles Carroll Elementary and she was the nicest teacher I ever had. She taught me a lot about life and about being kind - she set the perfect example for us. So sorry for your loss.

We had the pleasure of getting to know Jane & Jim through sports. Her Grandson Nicholas, and our son Dylan have been friends for years - we spent a lot of time together watching them play basketball, football and countless programs at schools.
Her kind, warm spirit will be missed dearly, and I will be praying that God gives you strength, comfort and peace now and always.
With the most deepest sympathy..
