Son of the late Glenn and Emily Phelan. Loving grandfather of Eric (Jillian), Brian, David, Dana, Jessica (Ryan Chafe) and Kelly. Great grandfather of Leo, Naomi and Ezra. Loving companion of Marilyn Kristof. Born in Chicago, IL. Proud U.S. Army Veteran. Active member of Spyglass Hill Association and the Strongsville Senior Center. VISITATION 1-4 PM SATURDAY at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL ROAD, STRONGSVILLE with a Memorial Service to follow at 4:00PM at Jardine's. Interment Tuesday, May 31, at 11 AM at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman. Glenn was a great friend for over 30 years always their for everyone. My late husband's friend and golf partner for over 25 years. He will be missed. My condolences to his family and Marilyn. Deva Simon
