Tomczak - Eleanore E. (nee Polniaszek) May 30, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Tomczak D.D.S., she entered into eternal life on their 66th wedding anniversary; dear mother of Jane (Michael) Audet, Paula Tomczak, Mary Grace (John) Benbenek, John (Maureen) Tomczak and David (Mary) Tomczak; grandmother of eight grandchildren; sister of the late Robert and the late Daniel Polniaszek; sister-in-law of Ann Polniaszek. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday June 6 at 9:30 AM at Christ the King Church, 30 Lamarck Dr., Snyder. Arrangements by DIETRICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 2480 Kensington Ave., Amherst. To have known Ellen, is to have loved her. A devoted wife, mom and friend. She will always live on in my heart, as a second Mom, a loyal friend and an inspiration beyond words. What a blessing that our paths crossed on our journey! My sincere sympathy to her beautiful family.
