I worked with Gil for many years on the fire department. He was always a pleasant, upbeat person and expressed a lot of love for his wife and family. He was a sweet man and I am honored that I got to know him.

My fondest memory was every valentines day when he would send a group of singers to Roz at her place of employment and serenade her. It was a true tribute of love to his wife. He was a truly amazing man and will be missed by all. RIP Leland. Prayers and thoughts with Roz and his entire family.
