MISHAWAKA - Donnabelle “Donna” DeCloedt, 89, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016 in Elkhart Hospice.
Donna was born on June 18, 1927 in Mishawaka to Lawrence and Louella (Putnam) Forst. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Lawrence Forst and Robert Forst and a sister, Pat Rodgers.
On November 28, 1946 at St. Bavo Catholic Church she married John C. DeCloedt. He preceded her in death on February 9, 2011.
Surviving are her daughter, Mary Ann (Don) LaPlace of Lakeville; two sons, Steven (Jeanne) DeCloedt of Niles, MI and Thomas DeCloedt of Mishawaka; four grandchildren, Emily (Nicholas) Waggoner and Allison (Andrew) Sherman, John and Glenn (Kim) Stephens; and three great-grandchildren, Kristina Stephens, Landon Waggoner and Anna Waggoner.
Private family services will be held at Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka with burial in Fairview Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Foundation Supporting Center for Hospice Care: South Bend-Elkhart-Plymouth, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
