News Death Notice
DELUCIA (Philpot), Iris Jean Passed away June 20, 2016 at Sentara Williamsburg Hospital in Virginia. She was born September 28, 1946 in Hamilton to Henry and Violet (Current) Philpot. She married Santo Delucia in Hamilton in 1971. She is survived by her daughter Sandra Delucia of Nevada, Texas. Six grand children: Lacey Dunbar and Ashley Kinnett of Woodbridge Virginia, Brice Gifford of North Carolina, Joshua Wilson and Shanna Wilson of Plano, Texas, Rickey Skinner of Valley View, Texas. Two greatgrandchildren: Camren Dunbar and Audrina Kinnett of Woodbridge, Va. Four brothers: Clarence of Tampa, Fla., Walt (Lana) of Hamilton, John (Judy) of Fort Meyers, Fla. And Tom (Debbie) of Kenwood. Four sisters: Elaine (Terry) Elam, Carol (Donald) Newton, Cindy (James) Roof, and Irma (Randy) Smith from Hamilton. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her daughter, Angel Rose. She was buried with her husband Sandy at Quantico National Cemetery in Triangle, Va. on June 24 in a private service.
