Dear Brother,
It was likely said at your wedding, "and the two shall become one" You and Mary were one and she will be missed by us all. The true meaning of that statement goes beyond our understanding and I know that you feel that. James McLin (brother).

Sis thank you for all our "girls weeks" together over the years, your thoughtfulness and kindness to everyone only begin to tell what a wonderful person you were. I know you are with the Lord now and we know that because of the rainbow you sent to us. I'll continue our talks on Monday night like we always did but I will miss hearing you reply. Love you now and always your sister Bea

Dearest Buster, Ian, Rusty and Matthew:
I am so saddened to hear of Mary's sudden passing. You are all in my thoughts and my prayers. I was her neighbor for 15 years while our kids were growing up. She was a wonderful person and a wonderful neighbor. She was also a great Mother and I am sure that she was a great Grandmother. She dearly loved her family.
She had a wonderful husband who was also devoted to their family and she had 3 wonderful sons that she was very proud of.
I am so fortunate to have had the pleasure of knowing her and her wonderful family.
We definitely need more people like Mary in this world of ours. May you shine bright in heaven amongst God's Angels!
Our Love and condolences to your family,
Kathy and Trace

Keeling and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I met Mary when I was a first year student at St. Vincent School of Nursing ...and she was in her third year. Our rooms were on the same floor. I found myself idolizing her...because she stood for all that was good...and was so kind to all. She truly left an impression on me. May God be with you always.

"Buster.....Kaye and I are so sorry and saddened to learn of Mary's passing. We have such wonderful memories as young marrieds in Jacksonville, N.C. with you and Mary. It was comforting to be able to share our mutual experiences, both positive as well as negative, as young Marine Officers and pilots. Both Mary and Kaye were stabilizing influences in our lives when needed most. We are so blessed, by God, to have them as life partners. Buster, please accept our deepest condolences and may God's grace comfort you and your family during this time grief and transition......In His Grip.........Semper Fidelis..........Andy.

Buster, its been a long time since the early days of Braniff . . . days I will never forget! I remember how Mary use to keep you, me, Mick and little Ian on an even keel and was always there to assist, give great advise, and care when we all needed it. I was always envious that the McLins portrayed a family full of love and genuine purpose no matter what the situation was due to Mary's influence, something I've always admired! It's no wonder that she was a nurse whose caring and skills overlapped in her professional and family lives. She made a difference for all of us in this lifetime! God bless her and God bless you and your family during these difficult times!
