Jimmy Dale Leach, 78, of Independence, Missouri, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016.
Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5, at New Salem Funeral Home, 1823 N. Blue Mills Road, Independence. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 7, at Fairley Cemetery, Princeton, Mo.
Contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Helen M. (Delameter) Leach; two daughters, Debbie Ault of Independence, and Tammy Brady (Bernie Bircher) of Kansas City, Mo.; son, Stephen (Susan) Leach of Pawhuska, Okla.; stepson, Martin McComas of Woodburn, Iowa; nine sisters, five brothers, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, thirteen step great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and one brother.
