Ms. Joyce
Always treated me like one of her wonderful family. She always had enough love and hugs to go around. She and I when we were going somewhere, enjoyed talking about Trump, food, weather. And her latest book.
We are missing her terribly. Yet I know that she is busy in Heaven looking out for her Family.

I met Joyce 46 years ago, when I was 15. Through good times and bad, over the years and across the miles, she never stopped caring. Looking back, I can see that she was always wise beyond her years. I'll never forget the warmth of her voice and her wonderful laugh. I used to tell her about my dreams and aspirations and she listened with interest and concern. She was a true friend.

I am so going to miss our phone chats and laughing with you. Thank you for all the hugs, words of encouragement, hurricane shelter days but mostly for your love. No words can describe the way my heart aches that I won't hear you say "Hi sugar" anymore! But I find great comfort in knowing that you are well and very happy catching up with those that were waiting for you. I will not say goodbye but see you later! I love you!
