Mary Nettie Floyd McCormick
FAIRMONT — Ms. Mary Nettie Floyd McCormick, 87, of Fairmont, passed away Aug. 23, 2016, at her home.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont.
Burial will follow in Floyd Memorial Cemetery.
The visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.
She was born Nov. 23, 1928, in Robeson County.
Ms. McCormick was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie L. Floyd and Mabel Oliver Floyd; her husband, Hubert McCormick; a son, Larry McCormick; a daughter, Shelia McCormick; a brother, J.L. Floyd; and two sisters, Charlee Walters and Lucy Graves.
She is survived by two daughters, Peggy Britt and Vickey Jones, both of Fairmont; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
