Francis J. Goehrig Jr. HAMILTON Francis J. Goehrig Jr., 71, of Hamilton passed into God's loving hands with his devoted and loving family by his side Aug. 24, 2016. Mr. Goehrig retired from the Katzenbach School. He was a United States Marine, having served in Vietnam. He was a founding member of both the Historic New Jersey Vintage Chevrolet Club of America and the General Motors Collectors of America (AACA). He was an avid Phillies fan as well as NASCAR and Dale Earnhart fan, and he enjoyed his model trains. Son of the late Francis and Mary Chianese Goehrig, surviving are his two sisters, JoAnn Kurtz of Hamilton and Barbara Wade of Allentown; nieces and nephews, JoAnn and Ray Paladino, Karen and Michael Kleinkauf, Jennifer and Ryan Forster, John and Kim Wade, and Kristin and David Ordille; many great nieces and nephews and cousins, and his dog Ginger. The Funeral will be 8:30 a.m. Monday from Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad Street, Hamilton. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great Church, 4620 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ. Interment will be in St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call Sunday 5 - 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Rd.
