Lizella, GA - Charles Clyde Sanders, Sr., 88, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2016. A celebration of his life will be held at Lizella Baptist Church on Saturday, September 3, at 2 p.m. with burial in the church cemetery. Dr. Shannon Back and Rev. Russell Whitehurst will officiate. The family will greet friends at the church one hour prior to the service.

Words cannot express what Mr. Charlie meant to us. Ya' ll took us under your wing and became our adoptive parents. It was such a priviledge to have known him and to get to hear some of his witty remarks. He certainly will be missed. We love you all and will continue to keep you in our prayers.
