Yakub Isaac, 84, of Birdsboro, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 19, 2016 at his home. He was the husband of the late Indubala (Chand) Isaac. Born in India, he was a son of the late Masih and Premibai Isaac. Yakub was a registered nurse and worked for Growth Horizon, Inc. of Montgomery County before retiring. Surviving are sons, Mark Isaac, husband of Roberta, Pottstown, PA; Girish Isaac, husband of Janet, Lancaster, PA, and Johnson Isaac, husband of Karen, Birdsboro, PA; daughter, Monica Dunn, wife of William, Essington, PA; brothers, Esau Isaac and Israel Isaac, of India, and 14 grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 11:00 am at Houck & Gofus Funeral Home Inc., 955 N. Charlotte Street, Pottstown, PA 19464. Pastor Chris Eshleman and Pastor Jim Spears will officiate. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 10:00am – 11:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
