Our family admired John..whom we lovingly called "Sonny Boy." I last saw him at my father's, Birch Haselden's, funeral, and he was still full of the inspiration and good spirit that I always remembered. I just found out the he passed away, and my thoughts and prayers are with the family. My mother is Gloria Nessour Haselden, and she is 90 now. She always loved Sonny Boy and has always bragged about his numerous accomplishments. He will be missed dearly.
