GREENFIELD, Charles Richard "Chuck" Age 62 of Middletown, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at his residence. He was born July 30, 1954 in Middletown, the son of the late Donald R. & Edna L. (Fink) Greenfield. Chuck was a Crane Operator for AK Steel with 25 years of service, a graduate of the Edgewood High School, honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy, and was a member of the Orioles Nest #191 and the Eagles Crystal Aerie #3438. Preceded in death by his sister Linda Brashear, and by is step-son Danny Williams. He is survived by his loving wife of 15 1/2 years Evelyn "Sam" Greenfield, 2 sons Richard Greenfield, and David Greenfield and wife Simone, 2 step-daughters Talena Longworth and husband Joe, Trina Stacy and husband Jerry, step-son David Williams, 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, his brother Don, his 2 sisters Anita & Julie, and by several nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 12 Noon at the HERR-RIGGS FUNERAL HOME, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, Ohio 45044 with Pastor Arnold Brewer officiating. Burial Butler County Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12 Noon at the funeral home on Tuesday. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Church of God in Jesus, 5604 W. Alexandria Rd., Middletown, Ohio 45042 in Chuck's memory. Military Graveside Rites will be conducted by the Middletown Combined Honor Guard. Condolences may be made to the family at www.herr-riggs.com.
