So very sorry Tony, Henry and all the Van Drunen Family, A sad day for all of you as you grieve for the loss of your husband, father, father-in-law and grandpa. I carry many fond memories of John, and family from our hockey connection. A gentle, kind man who took such tremendous responsibility with his young family. He and with Tony's help built a strong family with true values. Forever remembered. May you rest in peace John.

Oom Jan was a good, kind-hearted, funny man. I know my father treasured his friendship with him as if they were brothers. If Dutch potatoes & green beans are being grown in another life, likely they will be tending them together again. Tony, Henry, Jany & Paul (and Tony's kids), we hope the memories of Oom Jan will help to ease the pain of his loss. with love, Rita Hemmes-Davis & Jim Davis
