It has been over 2 years now - a blessed person has left our earth. A LOVELY LADY, BOTH INSIDE AND OUT. A CARING, COMPASSIONATE MOM AND A VERY ACTIVE PART OF OUR COMMUNITY. Jean touched the hearts of everyone she met. A legacy on Clearwater Beach. She, Howard & their 4 SONS were quite the TEAM ! They gave Clearwater Beach a much needed face lift commercially; to this day still remains one of the most liked locations on the Beach, The Pam Pavilion. A family fun meeting place for all; myself included filled with treasured memories. Jean is truly missed; God has taken one of HIS ANGELS back home to HEAVEN again ! WE LOVE YOU JEAN ! The memories you have left behind will live in our hearts and minds forever and ever. Oxoxox

Our family met Jean & Howard over 30 years ago through her son Dale. We will always remember Jean for the kindness she showed our children as they were growing up. She was a beautiful caring mother to her own children and will be missed. Our deepest condolences to the family.

My mom & dad Jim and Dubie O'Neal were high school friends with Jean and remained dear friends through their lives. Jean was always a lovely, caring, graceful woman who felt like family to all of my sisters and me when she spent time with us when our mom was very sick with cancer. Our condolences to all of the family. She was surely an icon in the community.
