Daniel Phillip Wirth, 59

Muncie - Daniel PhillipWirth, 59, Muncie, IN, died on March 8, 2017, in his residence.  He was born in Muncie, Indiana to the late Sheldon & Betty (Barrett) Wirth and was a graduate of Delta High School. 

Dan had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh.  He was a big fan of flea markets and shopping in thrift shops.  He was known as "Wheelin' Dealin' Dan". 

Dan is survived by his siblings, Cathy (Mona) Decker, Jacksonville, Florida and Shane (Tommy) Clements, Lake City, Florida; adopted brother, John (Shari) Potter, Sweetser; nephews, Daniel (Kim) Hart, Sean (Sherry) Hart, Jeremy (Annisa) Parton, Joshua Parton; niece, Tomika Clements; god children, Matt (Violeta) Potter and Emily (Jareth) Showalter. 

In addition to his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by two sisters, Joanna Bailey and Patsy Rowens. 

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service for Dan at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2017, at the Union Chapel Church, 4622 N. Broadway Avenue, Muncie, IN, 47303. 

Arrangements are entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Avenue, Marion, IN. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, VA 22215.
