My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Jack was such a wonderful man, and I enjoyed caring for him during his time at Putnam Farm. He always had a smile and a piece of candy for me every time I would go in and check on him along with one or two sarcastic comments, which he knew I loved! He was a great man, and it was a pleasure to care for him. I will miss you Jack, may you rest in Peace.

To all of you; I am so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I remember the 1st thing I repaired for Jack. The master bedroom closet sliding doors were dragging. Jack sat there watching me as I replaced the hardware and 10 minutes later doors were fixed. I told Jack "that's it". Jacked replied Bob, do you know how many people tried to fix those doors? They have been broke most the time we have live here! With a tear in his eye he then said "Mary would be happy." Along with you folks I will miss Jack greatly. Take comfort in knowing he now with Mary.

Mary Beth, Steve and family -
Our deepest sympathy goes out to you and your entire family. The short time that we got to know Jack, we could tell what a special man he was. He was a pleasure to be around and it was nice to see the love he had for all of you, including Odie! He will be sorely missed by all. May God bring you comfort in knowing that you were always there for him to the very end, no matter what. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.
Rest in Peace Jack.

Very fond memories when growing up and visiting John and his family on Waldo St., Providence. He was a very kind and good man as my sister and I would run in his room and wake him up so we would have someone to play with. He was always a very good sport. Our prayers are for John (Jack). I'm sure he is in heaven with his wife, Mary.
Love,
Regina, Bill and family

Mary Beth and family, my sympathies on the passing of your father. From reading his obituary, he seemed like a wonderful husband, father, and member of his community. A life well-lived and well-loved.
