Jeffrey G. McKean
SHELBY: Jeffrey G. McKean, 59, of Shelby, passed away Sunday evening, April 23, 2017, at his home. He was born August 2, 1957, in Mansfield, Ohio.
Jeff was a 1975 graduate of Madison High School. He had worked at MTD in Shelby and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Jeff was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. He had a great sense of humor and a big heart. Jeff will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Logan McKean; son, Jacob (Alicia) McKean of Mansfield; daughters, Lisa Renee (Morgan) Young of Ashland and Dustie Price of MT; six grandchildren, Tristan, Teagan, Levi, Destiny, Journey, and Liam; mother, Rose Mary McKean of Ontario; two brothers, Gary (Jane) McKean of Mansfield and Dean McKean (Sheila) of Ontario; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Leland McKean.
Honoring Jeff's wishes, there will be no services observed. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family.
