I will always remember John's smile. We played little league together, along with Dan, and Mr. Reter as one of th coaches, and practiced down the street from their house at Knaack Park. He played center on our frosh and sophomore football teams and when he'd call our offense into the huddle, he always had a huge grin as he loved playing that game. Godspeed, John. When we were young kids Stephan Schrey and Ted Nowakowski went over to John's house to watch the Movie Animal house. We had such a good time as John's mother watched it with us and when a naughty part of the movie came on John's little brother had to go upstairs.

I was also on the same football team as John and he truly had great talent and was a great player and even Greater Friend.

I love you John.
