I was so shocked to hear the news of Dorothy passing away. She had recently become a member of the Travel Group of Palmetto Palms in Ft. Myers, FL. She was a well traveled lady and had a lot to share with us. She loved flowers and gardens and had a trip planned in 2018 that she was anticipating to be a group leader to Marie Selby Gardens in Sarasota. I will miss her sweet and calm gentle way of working with us. Our sincere sympathy to her husband Dave and family. Tom and Jan Nowakowski

A longtime friend and former neighbor from Forest Road. I enjoyed many day trips and get togethers with her over the years when I would come back to visit. She was a free spirit with a playful sense of humor, always ready for something new. I know she and Marge are up in heaven cultivating a beautiful garden.

As friends who met through the Unity church of Fort Myers, Florida, we were drawn to Dorothy-Ann with her gentle manner and centred approach. We enjoyed our short time of friendship and send her our blessings, love and light for her journey. She will be missed.

Dorothy was a good friend I met many years ago while working in a dental office. We enjoyed talking and laughing together and we shared Sept. 12th birthdays. My husband Charlie and I express our deepest sympathy to her husband Dave and all of her family. I am so thankful We had some time with Dottie and Dave recently. I know Dorothy is in heaven now enjoying peace and beautiful flowers.

So sorry to hear about Dot's passing. I'll always remember her from school and scouts. She was the first to order a "Vanilla Sundae" that shocked us all. She had a great sense of humor and wonderful outlook on life. Condolences to Dave and family.
