Giaquinto, Barbara Ann
Barbara Ann Giaquinto, 76, of New Haven, wife of the late Joseph Giaquinto, passed away at her home on October 6, 2017. Born in New Haven on January 21, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Ann (Patterson) Chase. Beloved mother of Lori Ann Barlow and Wilbur D. Forsyth, and stepmother of Diane Tomasi, Gary Giaquinto, and Robert Giaquinto. Also survived by nine grandchildren: Christopher J. Horrocks, Michael Feely, Melissa Paige, Heather Ann Forsyth, Robyn Nicole Barlow, Lisa Giaquinto, Karen Giaquinto, Greg Giaquinto, and Brian Giaquinto, and nine great-grandchildren (plus another on the way). She was predeceased by her siblings: Robert MacNeill, Edward Chase, Walter Chase, Margie Howe, and Mildred Lipka.
Friends and relatives are invited to visit with Barbara's family from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, October 14 in Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden. Her Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
