YORK, S.C. -- Peggy Ann Lovelace Conard, 64, of York, S.C. passed away Oct. 19, 2017. She was born Aug. 27, 1953, a daughter of Billie Jean Tanner and the late George Lovelace.
Peggy was a business owner and loved her family.
Her survivors include her mother; Husband of 26 years, Jerry Lynn Conard; Sons, Derek Fletcher and fiance Michelle Barnhill and Thomas Gantt and fiance, Jessica Goodman; Grandchildren, Tess Pearce, Alexander Zinovis, Lucas Gantt, Phoebe Goodman, Jilli Helton; Great-grandchildren Ryder Pearce and Garrett Pearce; Brother, Ricky Lovelace; Half-Sisters, Dana and Stacey; Niece, Christy Lovelace; Nephew, Ricky Joe Lovelace, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Charles Lamar Tanner and step-daughter, Blakely Conard.
The family will receive friends 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017 at McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia. A celebration of life service will follow at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017 at McLean Funeral Directors, Founders Chapel.

Sweet, wonderful Peggy...tho I hadn't seen you in many years..I know you never changed..having went thru elementary,Jr.High,and Highschool..with you..spending the night and having lots of fun..I will never ever forget you..often thought of you over the years..and so sorry to have learned that you passed but this is not the end..I Will see you again..your were one of my best friends..and will always be in my heart..love you sweetheart!!!
