Mr. Roger Breeding, age 59, died suddenly and unexpectedly Friday, Nov. 3, 2017 at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis. Born Nov. 23, 1957, he was the son of Floyd Breeding, Odis and Jean Black Howton. A lifetime resident of Forrest City, Mr. Breeding was a member of the Forrest City City Council and owner of Mallards Grill. He was a Baptist.
Mr. Breeding was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Breeding, Odis Howton and Jean Howton; and brother, Lynn Breeding.
Survivors include his wife, Glenda Breeding of the home; two sons, Chase, and Christy, Breeding of Jonesboro, and Justin Morgan of Palestine; two daughters, Paige, and Josh, Neldon of Jonesboro and Jennifer Reeves of Forrest City; one brother, Bryan Howton of Michigan; two sisters, Cathy Guerrero of California and Barclay Wiley of Tennessee; and 16 grandchildren.
Graveside arrangements are scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Bell Cemetery in Palestine.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cumberland Presbyterian Church, In Memory of Odis and Jean Howton, P.O. Box 98., Palestine, AR 72372, 870-581-2600, or to Arkansas Children's Hospital, 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, AR 72202, 501-364-1100.

My heart is crying and in a state of unbelief. I was raking leaves and Roger came to mind Tuesday. Thought of the great time we had together at Thanksgiving so many years ago. Glenda, Barclay and family our thoughts and prayers are with you.
