away peacefully at home Nov. 3,
2017 surrounded by her family. She
was born July 22, 1953 in Charleston,
W.Va., daughter of Paul and
Lois Lively. Belinda was a registered
nurse and a retiree of
Heartland Behavioral Healthcare.
She is survived by her husband
of 40 years, Neale Edwin Reigle;
daughters, Holly Myers, Kristina
(Andrew) Wright; step children,
Anthony (Deedee) Reigle and Tabby Reigle; grandchildren, Erin
Reigle, Faith Wright, Kaylee Wright, Andrew Wright and Keeton
Wright; brothers, Josh (Sue) Lively and Paul (Kathy) Lively and
many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by
her grandmother, Ethel Rickman Mann. Special thanks to her
niece, Julie Miller NP for special family assistance in her care and
a special thanks to the Caregivers of Community Hospice.
Belinda's wishes were to be cremated with no viewing or funeral
services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
