Raldine was born in Toronto, Ontario, grew up in Mimico and was the only child to George and Margaret Vincent. She was deeply compassionate, generous in kindness and loving in nature. Rallie & Eddie were our neighbours by chance and our friends by choice. She was kind, funny and a pleasure to be with. A life well lived. Our deepest condolences to her family. She will be missed.
