Donald Lee Flack
Lafayette - Donald Lee Flack, 69, of Lafayette, passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 10:35 a.m. at his residence. Donald was born on October 5, 1948 in Lafayette the late George A. and Ruth (Carter) Flack. He married Donna (Shaw) Adams, and they later divorced, and she survives.
Surviving are two children, Tracey (Tammi) Flack of Rossville, and Tony Flack of Oxford. Also surviving are two brothers, Russell (Linda) Flack of Brookston, and John (Debra) Flack of Monticello, 2 grandchildren, Logan and Madalynn Flack, 2 step grandchildren, Kyle Cupp and Traci Cupp and one great grandchild, Kaden Cupp.
He is preceded in death by one brother, Kevan Flack.
