Vivian Veta (Sam) Yazzie, 63, of Farmington, went home with the Lord on Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018. She was born March 28, 1954, in Nageezi, the daughter of Harry Sam of Cactus Hill, N.M. and Virginia Lopez Trujillo of Kimbeto, N.M. Vivian's maternal clan is Kinyaa'aanii, Paternal clan Honaghaahnii, Maternal grandfather is Taachii'nii, Paternal Grandfather is Ashiihi.
Vivian married her late husband Clarence Yazzie of Burnham, N.M. and resided in Farmington for many years. During their years together they had four children; Sharmane Yazzie, Clarinda Yazzie, Kassandra Yazzie and the late Tyrone Yazzie. If there was one thing she loved, it was being a caring grandmother and great-grandmother.
Vivian will be missed by many and will always be remembered for the huge heart she had for all. She has left an impact on all of her siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A funeral service for Vivian will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16 at First Baptist Church of Kirtland, 17 Road 6500 in Kirtland. Interment to follow at the Kirtland-Fruitland Cemetery, 59 Road 6575 in Kirtland.

I'm so sorry for your the loss of your mother. She was a wonderful person who was loving and kind to me. She always did everything she could to make her kids happy. I will miss her but know that she is with her beloved son and husband.
