Mattie Belle Currin Mosley
CASTALIA - Mattie Belle Currin Mosley, 76, passed away Friday, February 2, 2018. She was born August 20, 1941 in Vance County to the late Alvin and Mae-Belle Harris Currin. She loved her family, going out to eat, singing at church and nursing homes. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Mosley; brother, Alton Mack Currin; sister, Betty Guillen and granddaughter, Amy Walker.
She leaves to cherish her memory, three sons, Richard Alvin(Fran), Douglas (Carol Kraft), and Steven Mack Mosley (Sheila Payne); two daughters, Nancy Jean Ayscue (Larry) and Donna Warden (Walter); one brother, Joseph Lee Currin (Theresa); one sister, Alma Elizabeth Guillen; grandchildren, Tanya Hardy, James Mosley, Richard Adam, Kevin Wayne, and Patrick Lee Williams, Jennifer Lee West, April Denise Mosley and Amanda Lynn Magana; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Alyssa, Ella, Chloe and Ryan Williams, Bailey and Jackson West, Taylor and Christina Brantley, Isabelle, James and Annabelle Baker, Madison Magana, Hannah Walker, Shane and Caitlyn Hardy; one great-great grandson, Logan Federer.
Visitation with family and friends will be Wednesday, February 7, 2018 from 7:00-8:30 PM at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 2:00PM, Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond Coley, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery of Nashville.
