Audrey Naomi Bonadore, 90, of Kenosha, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2018, at her home. Born in West Augusta, VA, on March 21, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Coyner) DeVore. She moved to Kenosha in 1995. On April 7, 1945, she married George Bonadore in Stanton, VA. He preceded her in death in September of 1980. Audrey was employed at the VA Hospital in Waukegan prior to working at Fansteel in Waukegan for several years. She would enjoy her time at the Easter Seals Adult Day Care. In her earlier years, she loved tending to her garden and canning and more recently loved to read and color. Survivors include her five children, Sharon Bonadore of Kenosha, Brenda McKee of Kenosha, Steven (Judith) Bonadore of Albuquerque, NM, Michael (Trudy) Bonadore of Kenosha, and Brian (Cindy) Bonadore of Lake Villa, IL; three brothers, Sonny (Audrey) DeVore of Texas, Harry (Peggy) DeVore of Virginia, and Ronnie DeVore of Georgia; a sister, Maudie (Stanley) Hyde of Virginia; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Sands; two brothers, Junior DeVore and Harold DeVore; and a great-granddaughter, Audrey Estelle Bonadore. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 15th, at Proko Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
