Betty H. (Reiner) Hoffman, 89, wife of the late Melvin M. Hoffman, died Friday, February 16, 2018, at her Lower Frederick Twp. home. Mrs. Hoffman was born on November 4, 1928, in Marlborough Twp. to the late William and Marcella (Hildenbrand) Reiner. Mrs. Hoffman was a member of Peace In Zion United Church Of Christ, Lower Frederick Twp. Mrs. Hoffman is survived by her son, Melvin ”Butch,” husband of Sandra (Groff) Hoffman, Lower Frederick Twp.; her grandchildren, Erica, wife of Adam Forney, Kerri Hoffman and her fiancé, Jason Rickley, Matthew Hoffman, and Melvin “Chad,” husband of Melody (Kleckner) Hoffman; and her great-grandchildren, Jacob Hoffman, Audrey Forney, and Isaac Forney. She was preceded in death by her son, Larry Hoffman, and her siblings, Oscar Reiner, Paul Reiner, Pauline Hauck, Martha Bengier, and William Reiner, Jr. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, at the Holcombe Funeral Home, Inc., 21 Main St., Trappe, with the Rev. Barbara M. Pence, Pastor, Peace In Zion United Church Of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Limerick Garden Of Memories, Limerick Twp. Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Wednesday, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Plymouth Community Ambulance Assn., 902 Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462; or the Lower Frederick Fire Co., P.O. Box 1032, Spring Mount, PA 19478.

Gram, I can't believe another year has gone by. Still feels like yesterday. We miss you so very much, but we are happy that you're with Pop and Uncle Larry. Please continue to haunt us like you promised, but let us know it is you. We send our love and think of our memories.

Gram we love you and miss you very much. It gives us peace in knowing that you are home now with Pop (Wa'dew) in the eternal Kingdom of Heaven being held by the loving arms of our Lord. Say hi to all of the others for us, and make sure that you check in on us from time to time. We're holding you to your promise that you'll come back and haunt us.
