Dear Chris & family,
Hard to say how I feel. He was my nephew, but he was more like a brother to me. We were in close contact all our lives, and our visits to each other's families were very special times. Wonderful memories of Thanksgiving dinners and Christmas. I'm sure Almighty God has made a special place for him.

We are so sorry for the sudden loss of your Dad. I have always loved hearing you talk about him, but I never knew of his love for books and the significant role he played in building the Edith Wheeler Memorial Library. You have definitely acquired his passion for reading! I can only imagine that his actions, in part, have impacted the active role you play in our community today.
